who we are
yamori is a matcha pop-up run by [YOUR NAMES], who are responsible for your information. contact us at [YAMORI CONTACT].
what we collect
your first and last name and email. if you give them: your mobile number, your birthday month and day (no year), and who referred you. we also keep your stamps, visit dates, and your last order.
why
to run your stamp card, find it at the counter, give you rewards and a birthday treat, and, only if you said yes to promos, show you yamori offers by email, facebook and instagram.
meta (facebook and instagram)
if you said yes to promos, we may upload your email, mobile, name and birthday to meta to create a custom audience. they are hashed (scrambled) on our side before meta receives them. we never sell your information.
how long we keep it
while your card is active, and up to 1 year after your last visit. after that we delete it.
your rights
under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, and withdraw your yes to promos anytime. message us at [YAMORI CONTACT]. you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
keeping it safe
your information is stored with cloudflare and only the yamori team can see it, on devices protected by a staff passcode. your card link is private to you; don't share it.
